About the Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in a client-facing capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to build strong partnerships with clients and contribute strategically to talent planning. You'll play a key role in understanding client needs, advising on market conditions, and securing top-tier talent across a range of functions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their business goals, workforce challenges and long-term talent needs. 

  • Advise clients on strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and future talent pipeline development. 

  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor trends, salary benchmarks and emerging skill demands. 

  • Design and deliver talent strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging data, foresight and market insight. 

  • Collaborate with internal and client-side stakeholders to shape and influence hiring plans before roles are live. 

  • Present recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring talent decisions are aligned with business priorities. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout change and growth phases, supporting M&A, team builds or market expansions. 

  • Build long-term relationships with key client contacts, positioning yourself as an extension of their internal talent function. 

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience ideally in a 360° or client-facing capacity 

  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering on recruitment mandates 

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to advise clients on talent solutions

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills  

  • High attention to detail, organisational ability, and a results-driven mindset

  • Experience using ATS and CRM tools; proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search is a plus
