About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing U.S. team in a client-facing capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to move beyond transactional recruitment and step into a more strategic, consultative position. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their talent challenges, share market insights, and contribute to forward-thinking hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support clients in identifying workforce needs aligned to their business goals and growth plans
Assist in the design of future-focused talent strategies and workforce planning initiatives
Provide clients with actionable market insight on candidate availability, competitor activity, and salary trends
Collaborate with client stakeholders to shape hiring plans before roles go to market
Prepare and deliver strategic recommendations to hiring managers and leadership teams
Participate in talent mapping and pipelining projects for critical business areas
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a proactive partner rather than a reactive recruiter
Support project work related to new team builds, expansions, or organizational change initiatives
Key Requirements:
2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally
in an agency or RPO setting
Experience interacting directly with clients or
hiring managers
A consultative and proactive approach to solving talent
challengesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
